Article 1: General Provisions

The e-commerce website of VMBv vzw offers customers the opportunity to purchase physical and digital products. These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to every order placed by a visitor to this e-commerce website ("Customer"). By placing an order through the web store of VMBv vzw, the Customer explicitly accepts these Terms, to the exclusion of all other terms. Any additional terms of the Customer will only be accepted if explicitly approved in writing by VMBv vzw.

Article 2: Price

All prices are stated in EURO, including VAT and any other taxes. Delivery, administrative, or other costs are specified separately during the checkout process. If certain costs cannot be calculated in advance, this will be clearly stated.

The listed prices apply exclusively to the described products or services. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may contain elements that are not included.

Article 3: Offer

While the content of the webshop is compiled with the utmost care, errors or omissions may occur. VMBv vzw is not liable for any material errors, misprints, or incomplete information.

The offer is valid as long as stocks last. If a product is no longer available after an order has been placed, the Customer will be informed, and an appropriate solution will be offered, such as a refund or an alternative proposal.

Article 4: Online Purchases

Ordering Procedure:

  1. The Customer selects the desired product or service.

  2. The Customer adds the product to the shopping cart.

  3. The Customer provides the necessary details and confirms the order.

  4. The Customer accepts the general terms and conditions by ticking the appropriate checkbox.

  5. Payment is made using one of the available methods.

  6. Upon successful payment, the Customer receives a confirmation email, including a copy of the terms and conditions in PDF format.

 

Payment Methods:

  • Credit Card

  • Debit Card

  • Other methods, such as digital payment platforms (e.g., PayPal)

 

Any additional costs for specific payment methods will be clearly stated during the checkout process.

VMBv vzw reserves the right to refuse orders in cases of previous Customer non-compliance.

Article 5: Delivery and Execution of the Agreement

Delivery Procedure:

  • Items are delivered within Belgium and other EU countries selectable during the checkout process.

  • Digital products are delivered immediately via a download link or email upon receipt of payment.

  • Physical products are delivered within 30 days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

 

Costs and Risks:

  • Any delivery costs are displayed during the checkout process.

  • The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon physical receipt of the product.

In case of delivery delays, the Customer will be informed in a timely manner and has the right to terminate the agreement if the delivery time is not met.

 

Article 6: Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of VMBv vzw until full payment is made by the Customer. In case of late payment, VMBv vzw reserves the right to terminate the agreement and reclaim the goods.

Article 7: Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal for Physical Products:
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement related to the purchase of physical products within 14 calendar days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods.

Article 8: Warranty

8.1 Legal Warranty:
As a consumer, you are entitled to a legal warranty of two years for all consumer goods supplied by us. This warranty covers any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods. For second-hand goods, a shorter warranty period can be agreed upon, with a minimum of one year.

8.2 Notification of Defects:
You must notify us of any lack of conformity within a reasonable time. A notification made within two months after you discovered the defect will be considered timely.

8.3 Remedies for Defects:
If a product is found to be defective, you are entitled to:

  • Repair or replacement of the product, free of charge.

  • A suitable reduction in price or cancellation of the agreement if repair or replacement is impossible or cannot be performed within a reasonable time.

8.4 Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover defects arising from:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Improper or incorrect use.

  • Failure to follow the usage instructions.

  • External causes such as water damage, lightning, fire, or accidents.
